Podemos aprender a ser conscientes de c\u00f3mo nos movemos, c\u00f3mo nos sentimos (tanto f\u00edsica como emocionalmente), y c\u00f3mo respondemos o reaccionamos ante cada momento de la vida. Esta cualidad de conciencia es la base de toda vida creativa, ya que nos permite ser honestos, pragm\u00e1ticos, despiertos, valientes, y vivir con un sentido profundo de iniciativa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Y para concluir este curso, \u00bfqu\u00e9 mejor manera que tener entre nosotros a un verdadero experto del yoga y la meditaci\u00f3n?.
